We use Shape Up to settle the problem, proposed solution, boundaries, and time budget before committing to design and development.
Shape before committing
We speak with the people closest to the work, inspect the current systems, and write a short pitch covering the first release and what it leaves out.
Fix the time and price
The scope fits an agreed appetite. If new information appears, we protect the date and adjust lower-value scope instead of quietly extending the project.
Design and build
One team carries the decisions through design, engineering, integration, testing, and deployment. You work directly with the people doing the work.
Launch and hand over
The code, accounts, infrastructure, documentation, and deployment access remain under your control. We can stay for the next release or hand the system to your team.

We are based in the UAE and work with teams across the GCC, Europe, and the US. Remote delivery is standard, with on-site shaping, workshops, and launches available in the UAE.
