Oota Box connects food enthusiasts with a vast network of food business owners, offering authentic home-cooked meals pioneered in Bangalore since 2017. The platform champions culinary excellence, empowering over 8,000 chefs across 70+ locations and expanding its reach beyond India to the United Arab Emirates.
Challenge
Oota Box aimed to build a custom multi-vendor marketplace application for food business owners and service providers. The challenge was to not just digitize food commerce but to also provide an enhanced user experience for multiple stakeholders, including admins and customers, across different regions and currencies.
Solution
We initiated the project with comprehensive market research and strategy. The first release focused on creating an intuitive dashboard for food business owners, covering everything from listing management to payment withdrawals. Subsequent releases added admin and customer-focused functionalities, with a keen eye on UX design and marketing automation.
Result
