Challenge
Katla, an eco-friendly loungewear manufacturer, had an existing e-commerce store that needed a complete overhaul. The challenge was to streamline the website, make it more user-friendly, and add a content management system. Additionally, the project required advanced features like multiple shipping locations, currencies, and an enhanced transparency tool.
Solution
As the technology partner, we revamped the website design and implemented a user-friendly content management system. We also optimized site speed and SEO, integrated offer and campaign funnels, and customized backend filters. The transparency tool was expanded on both the customer and backend sides, and we assessed the need for platform migration and financial metric automation.
